File by August 1st, Even if You Owe $0 |
|
Jan-Jun 2025 tax statements have been mailed out and are due by Friday, August 1. File on time to avoid penalties, even if no tax is due and even if there was no activity.
To make sure you're prepared, use our Tax Statement Filing Checklist, it outlines everything you need to review before submitting your filings. |

Reprint Your Tax Statements in EFS |
|
|
Tax statements have been mailed, and digital copies are available in the Electronic Filing System (EFS). Log in to access and reprint your statement if needed. |
|
|
|
Submit Statements Directly to the Illinois Department of Insurance |
|
|
Include your NPN on all check payments. Filings should not be sent to SLAI. Please mail all tax statements directly to the Illinois Department of Insurance |

|
Include Tracking Info for Your Records |
|
|
When sending your statements and payments to the DOI, use a service that provides proof of mailing and proof of delivery. |
