The Accuracy & Documentation Review System (ADRS) is designed to ensure surplus line filings meet Illinois compliance and record retention requirements. SLAI reviews a small sample of filings to verify accuracy, and members are required by law to respond.

ADRS Schedule: Reviews occur in March, July, and November.

Submission Deadline: Documents must be submitted within 15 business days.

Failure to comply may result in EFS account suspension.
