Stay Protected & Stay Connected

The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) is warning of an active phishing scam targeting agents, applicants, and administrators. Fraudulent emails about past due invoices are circulating  and they may appear to come from @nipr.com, @naic.org, or @stripe.

If you receive a suspicious invoice email claiming to be from NIPR, do not open attachments, click any links, or submit payment. When in doubt, go directly to NIPR's website to verify any outstanding balances.

While you're there, if your firm has had recent staffing changes or you've updated your email or title, take a moment to review your NIPR and SLAI contact details. Having the right information on file ensures you receive ADRS reminders, stamping fee invoices, and your annual tax statement without delays.
